If you are not subscribed to 8-4-Arty, or if you are an "E-mail Only" subscriber who wants to create a Yahoo ID and link to gain access to the databases, then go to FAQ and print for reference.

Change 8-4-Arty Email Message Delivery Method
Make your selection, and send a blank Email message by clicking on the appropriate box. You may change your Email message settings as frequently as you desire. Remember that the email address of the sender must be the same as the email address under which you are subscribed.

8-4-Arty Subscribers
[With a Yahoo Link]

1. Go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/8-4-arty (the 8-4-Arty main page), and sign in.
2. Click on "Acct Info" at very top of page on right side.
3. To the right of Member Information click on "Edit."
4. Under Alternate Email 1: Change from [old email address] to [new email address].
5. Click on "Finished" at the bottom of that page [WARNING: You are not yet finished].
6. In a minute or so you should receive an email confirmation from Yahoo. Follow the instructions on the confirmation message for completing the change.
7. Next, go back to the 8-4-Arty main screen: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/8-4-arty and click on "Edit My Membership". Scroll down the screen to the Email Address box, click inside the box, select the new email address, and Save Changes.

8-4-Arty Email Only Subscribers
[No Yahoo Link]
The only way for an "Email Only Subscriber" to change his Email address on 8-4-Arty is to subscribe again using the new Email address, and to unsubscribe from the old subscription. To do this send a blank email message from your new Email address to:
8-4-arty-subscribe@yahoogroups.com .
You will receive an automatically generated message requesting that you identify yourself. Your should respond by an Email message to:
8-4-arty-owner@yahoogroups.com .
After your new subscription has been confirmed, you should send a message to:
8-4-arty-owner@yahoogroups.com requesting that the old account be unsubscribed.

Additional Help
Remember that an Email Only subscriber has full access to the 8-4-Arty site with the exception of Databases and a few other features. To access the Databases and other features, the subscriber must set up a Yahoo link. Additional detailed information on setting up subscriptions and Yahoo links can be found on the FAQ for 8-4-Arty.
